Shipping Policy
We proudly serve customers both in Australia and internationally. Our products are made to order and shipped from different locations depending on the type of plannal purchased:
Product Fulfilment Locations:
Softcover plannals are made and shipped from Australia.
Hardcover plannals are made and shipped from the United States.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Australia (Softcover): 3–10 business days
Australia (Hardcover): 10–20 business days (international shipping from the US)
International (Softcover & Hardcover): 10–25 business days depending on destination and local customs processes
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the type of plannal ordered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside Australia or the United States, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Softcover plannals are made and shipped from Australia.
Hardcover plannals are made and shipped from the United States.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Each plannal is made to order, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
Your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item
Your order was lost in transit and cannot be recovered by the carrier
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
Provide photo evidence of the issue (for damaged/defective/wrong items)

We begin processing order at time of purchase, and may be unable to cancel your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your parcel or issue a replacement if it cannot be recovered.
